What is human body exhibit?

Human body exhibit is an an exhibit showcasing real human specimens, preserved through a process called plastination, developed by a German anatomist Gunther von Hagens, in which the water and fat are replaced with acetone, then silicone. This liquid silicone preserves the human tissue, leaving the body completely plasticized at a molecular level. The exhibits also includes organs, body parts and displays about the skeletal, muscular, reproductive, respiratory and circulatory systems. A section of the exhibit will detail the growth cycle of the human embryo in 16 stages beginning from the second week.

Only a few years ago, it was unimaginable to dissect the human body and exhibit it to the public, as this would pose related problems to human dignity, ethics, and religion. This kind of exhibit can already be staged today, however, as life and medical sciences are ever developing, triggering the public’s curiosity about the body’s structure.

Through the exhibit, people will easily understand the process of birth, aging, sickness, and death, and will realize the mystery of life. People will indeed realize the value of health and life by seeing healthy and sick organs on display. The exhibit is not only a visual delight but also an educational medium that will help unravel the mysteries of the human body better than any existing scientific materials.

The Human Body exhibit has been seen around the world. Some exhibition companies had pioneered and promoted such exhibits. One of them is Our Body: The Universe Within which started its exhibitions in 2007.  Body Worlds, a company from Germany, hold the first exhibition in 1995 in Tokyo. Premier Exhibitions also produces such exhibitons called BODIES ... The Exhibition.

You may know that standard picture are available in ready-made picture frames, and that unusual sizes are available when you create a custom frame. But knowing exactly what picture frame sizes to purchase for your artwork can be somewhat confusing. You will need to know a couple of different dimensions before you shop for your picture frame, in order to ensure that you will get picture frames sizes that will match your artwork.

Once you know the size of the artwork, you can then tackle finding the correct picture frames sizes to suit. The opening of the mat is smaller than the outer dimensions of the picture frame, and this is where people sometimes get confused with common picture frame sizes. The actual standard picture sizes that you will see listed on the frame packaging usually refers to the inside opening dimension of the frame without a mat. If yes, you will need frame picture sizes that are larger than the dimension of your art piece to compensate for the width of the mat board, or else use frame picture sizes to match the art's dimensions, knowing that the edges of your artwork will not be visible when it is framed. If you discover that you need something outside of the common picture frame sizes, custom framing is available. Ready made frames come in common picture frame sizes.

If you're a photo aficionado, then it'll be easy to understand the relevance of picture frame sizes. There is a wide variety of picture frame sizes, many of which are standard frame sizes, but many other sizes that are special or non-standard. Standard frame sizes cater to the most common photo dimensions. You always measure a frame by its width by height. Picture frame sizes represent the size of the picture and not the outside dimensions of the frame size itself. To get the exact picture frame measurements to see if your photo will fit, measure the frame's interior opening dimension. Before buying a picture frame, see whether the frame could be used both vertically and horizontally. If you instead wanted a vertical 6x4 or 10x8 frame you'd simply buy a 4x6 or 8x10 frame.

Frame shapes are also an important consideration. Frame decorations are also another consideration. An example would be a pewter picture frame with giraffes designed on it. There are also other picture frames with multiple "openings" or "windows." These kinds of frames are quite common and are usually called double frames, triple frames, multi frames or collage picture frames.

Triple picture frames have three openings and generally fit three 2.5x3.5, 4X6 or 5x7 photos.
